Job Title: Online Marketing Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement on Facebook.
- Manage and optimize Facebook pages, groups, and profiles to enhance online presence.
- Create compelling and shareable content to drive audience interaction and growth.
- Monitor social media trends and implement best practices to stay ahead in the digital landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports on social media activities.
- Engage with the online community, respond to comments, and build positive relationships with followers.
- Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
- Implement targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook to reach specific audience segments.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing Facebook pages, groups, and profiles for business purposes.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving key performance indicators.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Salary Ranges from 15K to 20K.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to Relocate:

- Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh: Relocate before starting work (required)
