**Position**: Chef
**Location**: Pune, India
**Salary**: ₹35,000 - ₹45,000 per month

**Working Hours**: 10-hour shift, 6 days a week (Sunday Off)
**Experience Required**: Minimum 8 years

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Culinary Expertise**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of vegetarian Indian main courses, starters, and desserts with exceptional taste and presentation.
- Develop and innovate new recipes to enhance the menu and cater to customer preferences.

**Baking**:

- Perform baking tasks with proficiency, including breads, cakes, and other baked goods.
- Experiment with new baking techniques and recipes to keep the menu exciting.

**Recipe and Inventory Management**:

- Maintain an extensive knowledge of recipes and ensure consistency in taste and quality.
- Manage kitchen inventory, ensuring timely ordering and availability of all ingredients.
- Monitor stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks.

**Food Costing**:

- Calculate and manage food costs to maintain profitability while ensuring high-quality dishes.
- Implement cost-control measures and minimize waste.

**Kitchen Operations**:

- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring all activities comply with health and safety regulations.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of hygiene, efficiency, and cooperation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas.

**Customer Satisfaction**:
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality food and dining experiences.

Address and resolve any customer complaints related to food quality or service.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a chef, with a strong focus on vegetarian Indian cuisine.
- Expertise in preparing a wide range of Indian main courses, starters, and desserts.
- Proficiency in baking, with experience in making various baked goods.
- In-depth knowledge of recipe management, inventory control, and food costing.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- High standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ability to work a 10-hour shift, 6 days a week with Sundays off.
