**Job Brief**
We are seeking an experienced **Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist** to manage and optimize our pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns. You will be responsible for driving targeted traffic, maximizing ROI, and collaborating with our SEO and marketing teams to deliver outstanding results. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute tests, analyze data, and identify trends to optimize PPC campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC campaign performance.
- Manage campaign budgets, staying within budget while estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
- Optimize ad copy and landing pages to improve paid search campaign performance.
- Conduct ongoing keyword research, discovery, and expansion for paid campaigns.
- Research and analyze competitor advertising strategies and links.
- Collaborate with SEO, content, and marketing teams to align overall digital strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo, and Bing.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion optimization, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Proficiency in bid management tools (e.g., Marin, Kenshoo, or similar).
- Experience with website analytics tools like Google Analytics, Omniture, or WebTrends.
- Familiarity with A/B and multivariate testing methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to generate detailed SEM performance reports.
- Up-to-date with the latest SEM trends and industry best practices.
- Basic working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
