**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create, update, and optimize product listings with accurate content, pricing, and images.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely inventory replenishment.
- Manage orders, returns, and ensure smooth operational flow.
- Handle payment reconciliation, identify discrepancies, and resolve with Myntra.
- Analyze account performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Implement promotional strategies and campaigns to boost sales.
- Stay updated with Myntra marketplace policies and best practices.
- Research competitors and identify new growth opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in managing Myntra or other e-commerce marketplace accounts.
- Strong knowledge of listing, catalog management, and payment reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Myntra Seller Portal, MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results on time.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in fashion/apparel e-commerce.
- Knowledge of SEO for product listings.
- Familiarity with multiple marketplace platforms is a plus.

**Salary**: As per industry standards + Performance-based incentives
