**Job Title**: IT Executive

**Reports To**: IT Manager / Plant Head

**Job Purpose**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware (servers, desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, networking devices, etc.).
- Ensure data backup, recovery, and cybersecurity measures are implemented and monitored.
- Provide end-user support for software and hardware troubleshooting.
- Maintain and monitor LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, and other network infrastructure.
- Implement and maintain IT policies as per pharma industry compliance (21 CFR Part 11, GxP guidelines).
- Coordinate with vendors for AMC, software licenses, hardware procurement, and IT services.
- Monitor and manage access control, user rights, and data security.
- Support production and quality control teams in handling software/hardware used for manufacturing and testing equipment.
- Maintain IT documentation (SOPs, validation protocols, backup logs, incident reports).
- Ensure mínimal downtime of IT systems critical to production and compliance.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Electronics or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in IT support, preferably in the **pharmaceutical / manufacturing industry**.
- Knowledge of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, and IT validation practices in pharma.
- Strong knowledge of networking, Windows/Linux servers, ERP, and database management.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and IT audit requirements.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
