Murex Tester

**Project** Description**:
Luxoft have been engaged on this multi-year Murex upgrade and Treasury transformation program for one of our reputed clients in London and will require multi-skilled experienced developers across all modules of Murex covering front to back to risk.

**Responsibilities**:
The role is for a Murex Tester who can assist in the analysis, build and execution of MxTest cases.

Responsible for understanding and writing user stories, translating into MxTest test cases, building the test packs, executing and performing 1st line analysis of any breaks.

As the client is London-based, applicants will be expected to work UK hours.

**Skills**:
Must have
- 3+ years of experience in test automation in Murex environment (MxTest)
- Very good knowledge of test methods and procedures
- Very good knowledge and operational experience with various test tools (e.g. HPQC, JIRA, SPIRA)
- Strong communication skills, a high level of teamwork and resilience
- Independence / independent work
- Experience/exposure to either datamart, eTradepad, or post trade workflows
- Able to track an entry through workflows and perform L1 analysis on any errors
- Self starter, proactive attitude

Nice to have
- Good knowledge of money / capital markets (products and processes)
