**Job Summary**:
**Roles and Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To**:

- Assist in the creation and execution of design concepts for digital media, including branding, marketing materials, digital assets, and social media content.
- Develop and implement design solutions for websites and landing pages, ensuring a seamless user experience and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and product development, to understand their design needs and provide creative solutions.
- Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, and other relevant tools to create visually appealing designs and layouts.
- Maintain strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in design elements, typography, and color schemes
- Stay updated on designs, techniques, and software tools to continually improve your skills and contribute fresh ideas.
- Ensure all designs are visually consistent, maintain high standards of quality, and adhere to established timelines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines effectively.

**Required Skills**:

- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD) and Figma.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital design projects, including advertisements, social media graphics, and web design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas and collaborate effectively.
- Possess knowledge of design principles.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
