**Role Overview**

We are hiring a **Junior Architect (Fresher)** to support our architectural design and project teams. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real estate project planning, design execution, and municipal compliance processes under expert guidance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in creating conceptual layouts, working drawings, and sanction plans.
- Work on landscape designs, elevations, 3D views, and presentation materials.
- Coordinate with senior architects and project teams on design execution.
- Participate in site visits for layout checks and project documentation.
- Support in preparing documentation as per PDCR and other local regulations.
- Ensure quality and accuracy in all design-related tasks.

**Required Qualifications**
- B. Arch from a recognized university (2023 or 2024 pass-out preferred).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Revit, Photoshop & MS Office.
- Good design sense, attention to detail, and a learning mindset.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with **PDCR rules** and real estate processes in **PCMC / PMC / PMRDA**.
- Skills in **3D rendering**, **walkthrough creation**, and **architectural detailing**.
