Carry out Plot inspection, submission of actual position of plot, land demarcation / perimeter wall / security review/ signage. Search & obtain documents at various courts/ TILR/ SLR/ CTS/ DP/ BMC Records. Follow up with officers for various project related work.
- Obtain necessary legal clearances Water Dept. SWM Dept, Ground Dept, MHADA Traffic Dept, to obtain NOC like underground water line / sewage line, High tension lines, gas lines
- Obtain electric meter, drinking water connection, SWD connections, etc
- Coordination and follow-up with Liasoning Architects.
- Coordinate with Collector Office, Talathi, TLR, TP & Sub Divisional office for permissions and NOC of NA Work.
- Assisting seniors on all coordination and Liasoning work.
- Fassai, Shop Establishment licences & other Entertainment related permissions
- Co-ordinate with Police/ RTO dept related all office work.

**Salary**: ₹8,828.86 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
