**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Teaching & Instruction**:

- Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons for **Grades 11 and 12** based on the CBSE curriculum.
- Use innovative teaching methodologies, technology, and real-life examples to simplify complex mathematical concepts.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments to evaluate student progress effectively.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide individual attention to students as needed.

**Assessment & Academic Performance**:

- Design and administer tests, quizzes, and examinations in accordance with school guidelines.
- Evaluate student performance, provide feedback, and guide students for academic improvement.
- Prepare students for board exams and competitive exams like **JEE, NDA, Olympiads, etc.**

**Classroom Management & Student Development**:

- Maintain discipline and foster a **positive learning environment** in the classroom.
- Encourage analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and mathematical reasoning among students.
- Identify and mentor students with exceptional skills and those needing extra support.

**Collaboration & Professional Development**:

- Attend faculty meetings, workshops, and training programs to stay updated with **educational best practices**.
- Participate in **school events, parent-teacher meetings, and extracurricular activities**.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- **Master’s Degree (M.Sc.) in Mathematics** or a related field.
- **Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.)** is mandatory.
