Work schedule to be prepared during the initiation of a project and assure each milestones are reached within the planned time frame by crosschecking the same with the Operations Manager and Project Co-ordinators

Assure quality of converted works by doing site visits atleast once in a week and taking frequent reports from Quality Manager and Site co - ordinators.

Daily action plan to be communicated in morning meetings

Cross checking of weekly labour and material payments set by the Purchase manager/labour payment staff before submitting the same to Operations Manager for final approval

Stage drawings of each execution sites to be verified before handing over to sites, so as to ensure unnecessary costs are eliminated

Modifications/Additional work requests from clients to be reviewed and cost of such executions (id feasible) to be communicated to clients vide mail from Customer Relations desk. On confirmation and token for such works from client, execution to be initiated at site.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
