**Key Responsibilities**:

- **CNC Programming**: Develop and optimize toolpaths using Mastercam for 4/5 axis CNC machines tailored to eyewear manufacturing.
- **CAD Design**: Create precise 3D models and technical drawings for eyewear designs using **Rhino**.
- **Machinery Setup**: Set up, calibrate, and maintain 4/5 axis CNC machines to ensure efficient production.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and resolve issues in programming, tooling, and machine operations for seamless workflow.
- **Material Expertise**: Work with materials like acetate, titanium, and other metals, ensuring the highest quality of output.
- **Collaboration**: Partner with designers and production teams to convert design concepts into manufacturable components.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect components to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in **Mastercam** and **Rhino** for CAD design and CNC programming.
- Minimum **3-5 years of practical experience** with 4/5 axis CNC machining, preferably in eyewear or precision components.
- Expertise in machine setup, tooling, and understanding material properties.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret and implement technical drawings and specifications.
- Flexible and ready to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
