**Job Opportunity: Semi-Qualified CS/Fresher, Semi-Qualified CA, or MBA (Finance) for IBC Domain**

We are seeking individuals to join our team in the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) domain. This role is ideal for Fresher / semi-qualified Company Secretaries (CS), semi-qualified Chartered Accountants (CA), or MBA (Finance) graduates who are eager to build their careers in the IBC field.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **In-Depth Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct detailed research on companies undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) or Liquidation.
- Analyze financial and operational data to provide valuable insights.

2. **Resolution Plan Preparation**:

- Assist in drafting comprehensive resolution plans in compliance with IBC regulations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align plans with the interests of creditors and the objectives of the insolvency process.

3. **Virtual Data Room (VDR) Management**:

- Perform meticulous research through Virtual Data Rooms (VDR) to gather essential company information.
- Prepare and frame precise queries to address information gaps or verify data integrity.

**Who Should Apply**:

- Semi-qualified Company Secretaries or Chartered Accountants looking to gain hands-on experience in the IBC domain.
- MBA (Finance) graduates with a keen interest in insolvency, restructuring, and financial analysis.

**Preferred Skills and Attributes**:

- Knowledge of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, and related regulations.
- Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and financial research tools.
