We have been implementing CSR projects for a few large CSR companies including IBM, Diageo, Cadila Pharma, Arvind Ltd, Airbus, PNB Housing Finance and others. We have our programs in Gujarat, Rajasthan, Haryana, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra.

**About the Position**

We are looking for a Project Coordinator for CSR projects with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar domain and open to travel across locations in rural locations in Uttar Pradesh.

**Responsibilities**
- Overall management, supervision, and guidance to project
- Prepare and submit periodical reports of the project
- Effectively manage the project independently through efficient program and financial planning
- Engage with women and promote them to be financially and digitally literate
- Write progress reports, learning documents, and advocacy notes
- Visit program areas and provide direct support to the team on the ground
- Design and conduct capacity-building programs in the areas of Governance

**Mandatory Qualification and Experience**
- Master’s degree in Rural Management/Social Sciences/ Social Entrepreneurship or other related disciplines from a recognized University or Institution
- Strong verbal and writing skills in English
- Strong communication skills in Hindi
- Ability to lead the team
- Proficiency in conducting training
- Ability to develop communication material independently

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
