A QC Officer in the packaging industry is responsible for ensuring that packaging materials and finished products meet specified quality standards through various inspection and testing methods, collaborating with production teams to resolve defects, and maintaining documentation for compliance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities of a Packaging QC Officer:

- **Quality Inspections**:Conducting thorough quality checks on raw materials, in-process packaging, and finished goods to ensure compliance with internal specifications and regulatory standards (e.g., FSSAI, GMP, ISO, HACCP, BRC-IoP).
- **Defect Identification and Resolution**:Identifying and addressing any quality issues or defects in packaging materials and processes, working with production to implement corrective actions.
- **Process Monitoring and Improvement**:Continuously monitoring and evaluating packaging quality processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and ensure efficiency.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:Preparing quality reports, maintaining records, and ensuring all documentation complies with relevant regulations and company standards.
- **Compliance**:Ensuring that packaging operations adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and other relevant quality and safety regulations.
- **Collaboration**:Working closely with production teams, manufacturing, and potentially customer service to address quality-related complaints and ensure smooth operations.
- **Product Development Support**:Assisting with the development of new products and providing support to customers regarding packaging quality aspects.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
