Job description - Purchase & Stores Executive

**Salary**: ₹ 30000 CTC per month
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Purchase & Stores
- Experience in the Manufacturing & Steel industry preferred
- BE/B Tech / Diploma in Mechanical
- Mandatory - Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi & Good Mail Communication
- Strong business sense and industry expertise

**Roles Responsibilities: -**
- Build long-term relationships with vendors in the industry
- Compare proposals for price and specifications
- Negotiate with vendors to reduce costs
- Review contract specifications on behalf of the company
- Build and maintain long-term relationship with critical suppliers
- Manage technological systems that track the shipment, inventory

And supply of material
- Lead transformational activities to build procurement efficiency
- Keep abreast of changing industry
- Previous working experience as a procurement executive for 5 years
- Superb communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Outstanding negotiation skills
- Problem solver with a strong analytical mindset
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Negotiation aptitude
- Experience in the stores management activities such as receipt and issue posting of the store’s materials in the stock ledger.
- Material planning and control activity, Mini - Max, Re-order level, ABC analysis, Non-Moving items control and maintaining the personal records for employees for employees for issue of equipment, laptops, etc.
- Managing physical loading, unloading, storage and identification and preservation of the stores.
- Periodic physical stock verification of the stores from time to time and annual stock verification.
- The capacity of handling stores with very large number of items like consumables, office stationery, cleaning material, civil, electrical and MEP items and general stores shall be preferred.
- Work together with the indenter / user departments to ensure that required parts are made available to user departments.
- Scrab disposal, E Waste & Hazardous waste regulations where relevant, Used oil, and Bio-Medical waste.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
