As we continue to expand and evolve, we are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and help drive our marketing efforts to new heights. -Position Overview: We are looking for a Personal Medical Care Manager (PMCM) who is typically a professional who assists individuals with managing their medical needs and healthcare-related activities. This can include scheduling appointments, coordinating with healthcare providers, managing medications, organizing medical records, and providing support and guidance throughout the healthcare process. -Roles and Responsibilities: -Conducting virtual appointments with the Clients/patients through an online platform. -The PMCM will document the details of the virtual consultation, including assessment findings, care plan recommendations, and any instructions provided to the client, in their electronic medical record system. -Develop personalized care plans tailored to each client's medical needs, goals, and preferences. This may involve collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as specialists, therapists, or nutritionists. -Medication Management: Review medication regimens, ensure proper dosage and administration, and educate clients about their medications, including potential side effects and interactions. -Coordination of Care: Serve as a liaison between clients, healthcare providers, and family members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care. Schedule appointments, -PMCM will collaborate with the client to develop a personalized care plan. This may include recommendations for managing symptoms, lifestyle modifications, medication adjustments, or referrals to other healthcare providers or services as needed. -Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and care coordination efforts. -Continuing Education: Stay informed about advancements in medical treatments, technologies, and healthcare policies to provide the highest level of care to clients. -Ethical and Legal Compliance: Adhere to ethical and legal standards in medical practice, including patient confidentiality, informed consent, and compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines. Skills and Personal Qualities: -Good clinical knowledge -Good communication skills -Proactive, independent, and able to prioritize. -Naturally creative and well-organized. A self -starter and ability to work on own. -Highly collaborative spirit. -Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and take them to completion. -Extremely high writing skills in English.

Requirements and Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree (MBBS) -Minimum 5 years of proven experience in clinical.
