**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, Analyze, and conduct training for Beauty Advisor periodecally
- Create material training in Class, Store, or Online
- Make Training Coverage Report
- Support Store Needs: Training, Coaching, Solve Any Problem, Help Channel, Team Discussion
- Ensure all the training running well and smoothly

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree from communication or business
- At least 3+ years of working experience as Beauty Trainer, Training Consultant
- Preferably from retail business will be advantage
- Mature, outgoing and have a pleasant personality as well as possess excellent presentation, communication and selling skill
- Beauty enthusiast,professional looking, and agile
- Willing to do business trip, roadshow or equivalent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Beauty Trainer: 2 years (required)
