Guest Relation Executive

We at Karma Lakewood, Mahabaleshwar are currently seeking a Guest Relations Executive to join our team and ensure that our guests receive the highest level of hospitality and satisfaction during their stay.
As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests, responsible for ensuring their comfort, satisfaction, and overall positive experience. You will play a pivotal role in building strong relationships with guests and exceeding their expectations through personalized service and attention to detail.

Previous experience in guest relations, customer service, or hospitality industry with Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
