**Key Responsibilities**:
**Database Testing**:

- Perform comprehensive database testing, including data validation, integrity checks, and performance testing.
- Write and execute complex SQL queries to validate data from source to target databases.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across various systems.
- Validate complex data transformations, business rules, and ETL processes.
- Collaborate with developers to resolve database-related defects and issues.
- Exposure to ETL processes is essential.

**Manual Testing**:

- Develop and execute detailed test cases and test plans for new functionalities.
- Detect, document, and track defects, working closely with development teams for timely resolutions.
- Conduct system, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

**Business Analyst Approach**:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
- Analyze and translate business needs into functional specifications and testing requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between the business team and the technical team to ensure clear communication and alignment of goals.
- Participate in requirements gathering sessions, design reviews, and other BA-related activities.
- Assist in creating documentation, including use cases, workflow diagrams, and functional specifications.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
**Technical Skills**:

- Strong experience in database testing (5+ years), including writing complex SQL queries and validating database systems.
- Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and business intelligence reporting tools.
- Familiarity with various databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Proficient in manual testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and UAT.
- Hands-on experience with test management tools such as JIRA, ALM, or TestRail.

**Business Analyst Skills**:

- Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements.
- Ability to document functional and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate discussions between technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess business needs and define solutions.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
- Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies and tools.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with automation testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium) is a plus.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an added advantage.
- Certifications in ISTQB, IIBA, or similar would be beneficial.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Total: 5 years (preferred)
- database and ETL testing: 3 years (preferred)
- SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL: 3 years (preferred)
- integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT): 3 years (preferred)
- Banking domain: 1 year (required)
