- End to end Procurement & Strategic/Tactical Sourcing
- Managing end to end Procurement of assigned Regionally managed Packaging Material
- Leading development of Regional PMs for New Formulations for NPD launch
- Ensuring timely availability of quality materials
- Negotiation with suppliers based on forecast
- Supporting Regional PM Lead in Developing Strategy documents for key Packaging Material & Risk Mitigation Strategy for Long Lead-time & Single source Material
- Identifying opportunity for Contract/Auctions within Category and Running RFx events for managing the categories and ensuring Coverage.
- Supplier Relationship Management
- Managing relationship with existing suppliers
- Legal interface with suppliers for executing contracts
- New supplier development on need basis
- CoGS improvement & Working capital
- Execution of CoGS improvement projects (Ignite & Synergy) in line with long term strategy for the key Regional Packaging Materials
- Management of inventory and payables to meet Working capital target
- Required Skill set
- Should have knowledge and experience of Strategic Sourcing, Tactical Procurement, Agro Supplier Base
- Should have a strong negotiation skill, stakeholder management, Good Team Player, Ability to see the big picture, Customer focus, Communication and inter
- personal skills
- Knowledge of Sourcing Tools like iValua/SAP Ariba/Coupa/Bobe and MDM tools will be added advantage.
- Working Knowledge of Procurement Analytics

Strategic /Tactical : 50/50

Graduate/ Post Graduate/ Diploma in Packaging Technology. PGD in Business/ Industrial Engineering preferred. Total experience of 5 to 7 years out of which 2 years preferably with Agro / Chemical industry background in Strategic Sourcing / Category Management.
