Key Responsibilities:

- ⁠ ⁠Cloud PC Management: Oversee and troubleshoot cloud PCs, addressing login issues, performance bottlenecks, and related technical problems.
- ⁠ ⁠Database Troubleshooting: Provide expertise in SQL Server and other database management tasks as required.
- ⁠ ⁠Coverage: Deliver consistent, reliable coverage to development teams and business operations, addressing existing support gaps during US off-hours (Monday-Friday) - 10:30 AM to 9 PM IST
- ⁠ ⁠Monitoring and Alerting Systems: Utilize tools like SolarWinds and PRTG to proactively monitor systems and take corrective action.
- ⁠ ⁠Overnight Handoff: Ensure warm, detailed handoffs at 8:00 AM CST, contributing to a seamless transition between shifts.
- ⁠ ⁠Team Integration: Be an integrated, valued member of the team, participating in team culture and processes.

Qualifications:

- ⁠ ⁠Experience Level: Senior engineer
- ⁠ ⁠Technical Expertise:

- Strong proficiency in Azure and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with Cloud PC and related virtualization technologies.
- Proven ability in cloud PC management and SQL Server troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds and PRTG.
- ⁠ ⁠Skills:

- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication for collaboration with global teams.
- Ability to maintain system reliability and focus on uptime.
- ⁠ ⁠Schedule Requirements:

- Available during India business hours (11 AM - 9:00 PM).
- Able to work in sync with the team’s daily structure, including handoff times and afternoon breaks.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
