**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed and accurate AutoCAD drawings for construction projects, including architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) plans.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction managers to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Review project blueprints and revise designs to meet client and regulatory requirements.
- Create and modify CAD drawings based on input from senior designers or project leads.
- Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and reports.
- Ensure drawings comply with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Maintain and organize CAD files and ensure proper file management.
- Review and verify drawings for errors or inconsistencies before submission.
- Provide support to the construction team by clarifying drawings and resolving any drawing-related issues on-site.
- Attend meetings as required, providing updates and resolving any design or drafting-related issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an AutoCAD Draughtsman, preferably within the construction industry.
- Proficient in AutoCAD (latest version), with a strong understanding of drafting and design techniques.
- Familiarity with construction drawings, including architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
- Ability to create and interpret construction plans, technical specifications, and design documents.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet project deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Educational Requirement: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Bachelor of Civil Engineering or ITI Civil
- [Certification in AutoCAD or related drafting software is a plus.]

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) software.
- Experience with 3D modeling or rendering software.
- Understanding of construction materials and methods.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
