**Job Tittle - Accounts Executive**

**Location - New Sabzi Mandi, Azadpur, Delhi - 110033**

**Key Responsibilities**

1. GST/TDS Management:

- Manage GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) and ensure timely filing.
- Handle TDS returns and certificates, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Maintain records of GST and TDS payable and receivable.

2. Bank Reconciliation:

- Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies found during reconciliation.

3. MIS Reports:

- Prepare and analyze various Management Information System (MIS) reports for management review.
- Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and provide valuable insights for decision-making.

4. Ledger Management:

- Maintain and update ledgers for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

5. Financial Reporting:

- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other relevant reports.
- Ensure reports are compliant with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

**Required Skills**:
1. Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles, including GST and TDS regulations.

2. Software Proficiency: Experience with accounting software (e.g., Busy) and MS Excel.

3. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations.

4. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance.

**Experience and Qualifications**:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.

2. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on GST/TDS, bank reconciliation, and MIS reporting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
