Work as part of an internal team that is virtual and multi-disciplinary on projects of variable scope, complexity, and length
- Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various computer software to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals
- Work within brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce a brand’s style or voice through its visual touchpoints
- Examine existing processes, identify flaws and create solutions to improve design capabilities
- Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients for a wide range of materials that include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, video, signage, internal communication, newsletters, and marketing materials
- Drive design projects in collaboration with the design leader
- Understand the role of design-based storytelling in team initiatives
- Help non-designers understand the visual possibilities and limitations of each project
- Maintain design best practices and contribute to improving team workflows
- Seek out opportunities to learn more about your craft and the world around you and share insights with your team
- Brainstorm visual and design ideas with other members of the business team.
- Collaborate with Marketing, and PR to develop content for Digital Assets
- Ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting demanding deadlines, producing high-quality work, and projecting a positive attitude Who you are:

- Proven 2+ years of related visual design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating well-rounded knowledge of design principles and techniques, composition, UI Design implementation, typography, communication, and concept definition
- Creative and imaginative - loves to explore
- Have prior experience as a UI/UX Designer as well as a strong portfolio of related projects and Experience in print graphics (brochures, catalogs, logos,)

Strong portfolio (designs for a marketing campaign) and designing marketing collaterals Have proficiency in Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop)
- Comfortable presenting ideas and designs. Capable of working within deadlines in a fast-paced environment, often on multiple projects

Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience in web design, graphic design, illustration, or related field
- The ability to effectively take direction and work both collaboratively and autonomously
- Ability to quickly translate brainstorming discussions and big picture ideas into relevant creative visuals
- Understanding of basic data visualization principles
- Motion graphics would be an added advantage
- Interest or work in the field of education and mentorship is a plus.
- 6 days a week, work from our office in Gurgaon and must have a laptop.
