**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Delivery**:

- Conduct comprehensive training sessions on Tally ERP 9/Prime, including accounting, inventory management, payroll, GST, and taxation modules.
- Provide training on microfinance principles, including loan disbursement, recovery, client management, and financial reporting.
- Customize training content to meet the specific needs of various participant groups, including entrepreneurs, small business owners, and financial institutions.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Develop and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and case studies, to ensure they are current and relevant.
- **Assessment & Feedback**:

- Evaluate participants' progress through assessments, quizzes, and practical assignments.
- Provide constructive feedback to participants to help them improve their skills and knowledge.
- Prepare and submit training reports, including feedback and improvement areas, to the Training Manager.
- **Support & Mentoring**:

- Offer post-training support and mentorship to participants as they implement the skills learned.
- Assist in troubleshooting issues related to Tally software or microfinance operations.
- **Industry Updates**:

- Stay updated on the latest developments in Tally software, microfinance regulations, and industry best practices.
- Incorporate new knowledge and trends into the training programs.

Pay: ₹11,042.13 - ₹35,896.78 per month
