Responsibilities:

- **Greeting Visitors**: Welcome clients and guests, making a positive first impression.
- **Answering Phones**: Manage incoming calls, redirect them, and take messages as necessary.
- **Scheduling Appointments**: Organize and maintain calendars for staff and schedule meetings.
- **Maintaining Records**: Keep records and files organized, both physical and digital.
- **Data Entry**: Input and update information in databases and systems.
- **Providing Information**: Assist visitors and clients by providing information about the organization’s services or policies.
- **Coordinating Office Supplies**: Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
- **Supporting Staff**: Provide administrative support to other staff members as required.

- **Customer Service**: Strong customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
