About Us
The Shield defence college would aim to provide high-quality PME to military officers and enlisted personnel, covering a wide range of topics including military strategy, leadership, ethics, national security policy, and joint operations. This education would be designed to develop critical thinking, decision-making, and leadership skills to prepare military personnel for leadership roles at various levels within the defence establishment.

*Role Summary*
We're looking for an Education Counsellor who are extremely customer centric and are excited by the challenges of a new emerging business environment.
As an Education Counsellor you will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.
You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

*Roles & Responsibilities*

Responsible to manage & convert leads for our college.
Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales
pipeline.
Responsible for adherence of the inside sales process, tools and data management.
Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly and quarterly target in terms of revenue as well as number of enrolments.
Handle Objections and Price Negotiation in order to generate Sales Revenue.
Maintain effective communication till the time learner is on boarded.

Skills Required:
Good written and spoken communication skills (English proficiency)
Passion to deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times.
Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet targets/deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
