**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Handle routine correspondence on behalf of the Director.
- Responsible for coordinating the process of end to end recruitment cycle & Attendance
- Should know about flight/ hotel booking (national / international)
- Handle all family health insurance claims, appointments and reconciliation of payments, events, travel & hotel booking, itinerary preparation etc
- Schedule and coordinate business operations related activities.
- Preparing documents and reports for internal meetings within the company, and business meetings with customers.
- Proactively participate in business meetings and presentations, taking minutes of meetings.
- Preparing MIS / Analytics Reports.
- Coordinate corporate communication.
- Coordinate business promotion activities and digital marketing / social media initiatives.
- Organising promotional events for company's software products and E-Commerce business activities.
- MOM, Calendar Management, MIS report
- Should have working knowledge of MS OFFICE especially EXCEL & Word.
- Good command over English.
- Shorthand is added advantage,
- Should have knowledge about Google Tools
- sheets, forms, docs.
- Confidentiality should be the main key of EA’s role
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Morning shift
**Experience**:
- Asistant or secretary to the MD: 1 year (preferred)
