We have identified the need of Remote Infrastructure Monitoring team member for Integrated Operation Center. This role will be responsible for monitoring all IT assets in WPP IT, coordinating the issues related to IT infrastructure assets with various Infrastructure internal and external teams, to ensure infrastructure availability and reliability for the business and practices across WPP IT. Working closely with our business and operational teams to support the translation of business priorities into practical.

**What you'll be doing**:
Good knowledge in following Monitoring
- Basic server services
- Backup and storage
- Knowledge on Network Availability
- Servers' availability and performance
- URL availability and alerts
- Applications availability and performance alerts
- Access and Policy Violation alerts

**What you'll need**:

- Demonstrable track record of 2 years' experience in IT Remote Infrastructure monitoring
- Good understanding of relationship between IT Infrastructure assets like Application, Network and Servers.
- Good in understanding the IT Infrastructure and importance of critical issue.
- Experience in managing the response to business-critical issue events.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the written and oral communication skills necessary to build relationships between team members.
- Must be a good team player.
- Good knowledge in ITIL Standards and ticketing tool.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
