As a Service Advisor at our Two-Wheeler Showroom, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction in the maintenance and repair services for motorcycles and scooters. You will act as a liaison between customers and the service department, providing expert guidance and recommendations to ensure the optimal performance and longevity of two-wheelers.
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Customer Interaction**:
- Greet customers and assist in understanding their service requirements.
- Communicate service recommendations clearly and effectively to customers.
- Provide accurate estimates for service costs and timeframes.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
2. **Service Coordination**:
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service department.
- Ensure timely updates to customers on the status of their vehicle service.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure efficient and quality service delivery.
3. **Technical Knowledge**:
- Stay informed about the latest two-wheeler models, technical specifications, and service procedures.
- Explain technical issues and repairs to customers in a simple and understandable manner.
4. **Documentation and Record Keeping**:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service appointments, and vehicle history.
- Prepare and process service-related documents and invoices.
5. **Sales and Upselling**:
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or accessories.
- Provide information on available promotions and service packages.
6. **Customer Satisfaction**:
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Seek feedback from customers to improve service processes and overall experience.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training is a plus.
- Proven experience as a service advisor in the automotive or two-wheeler industry.
- Strong knowledge of two-wheeler mechanics and servicing procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Proficient in using computerized service management systems.
