Job Title: Billing & Purchase Coordinator

Location: Mysore

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Review and process invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all necessary information
- Manage the purchase order process, from creation to receipt of goods
- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve any issues or discrepancies with purchase orders and invoices
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and documentations
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and budgets
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests for billing and purchase-related information
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely processing of invoices and purchase orders
- Continuously review and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in billing and purchasing coordination
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and purchasing processes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
