We are now seeking an experienced **Media Buyer** with expertise in **Facebook Ads** and **Google Ads** to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office role located in **Virar West, Mumbai**, where you will work closely with our team of strategists, creatives, and performance marketers to drive results for our clients.

**Role Overview**:
As a **Media Buyer** at Bforbranding, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid media campaigns on **Facebook Ads** and **Google Ads**. You will work on diverse campaigns across industries, ensuring that every dollar spent brings measurable results in terms of conversions, lead generation, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

This role requires a mix of analytical skills, creative thinking, and the ability to stay ahead of the curve on platform updates, trends, and best practices. Your ultimate goal will be to drive **scalable, high-performing campaigns** that meet client objectives and continuously improve over time.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Paid Media Strategy & Execution**:

- Develop, implement, and manage paid media strategies for **Facebook Ads** and **Google Ads** campaigns, aligned with client objectives and KPIs.
- Optimize campaign performance by adjusting targeting, bidding strategies, and creative elements to maximize results.
- Collaborate with the content team to create effective and engaging ad creatives, ensuring they resonate with the target audience.
- **Campaign Management & Optimization**:

- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize **Facebook Ads** and **Google Ads** campaigns to improve ROI and meet KPIs.
- A/B test **ad creatives, copy**, and **targeting** to identify the best-performing combinations.
- Utilize advanced audience segmentation and **remarketing** strategies to drive higher engagement and conversions.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**:

- Track and measure campaign performance using **Google Analytics**, **Facebook Ads Manager**, and other analytics tools.
- Generate regular **reports** on campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Provide clear recommendations to clients and internal teams based on data-driven decisions.
- **Budget & Cost Management**:

- Manage client budgets effectively, ensuring that campaigns stay within allocated spend and deliver optimal results.
- Monitor cost-per-click (CPC), **cost-per-conversion** (CPC), and **return on ad spend (ROAS)** to ensure efficient use of budget.
- **Client Interaction & Collaboration**:

- Serve as the primary media buying contact for clients, discussing strategy, performance, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams including creative, content, and strategy to ensure campaigns align with broader marketing objectives.
- **Trend Monitoring & Professional Development**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in **paid social media** and **search engine marketing**.
- Attend webinars, conferences, and workshops to expand your knowledge of digital marketing, while sharing your insights with the team.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- Minimum **2 years of experience** in managing **Facebook Ads** and **Google Ads** campaigns, with a proven track record of success in driving conversions and meeting KPIs.
- Hands-on experience with **Google Ads** (Search, Display, YouTube) and **Facebook Ads** (Facebook, Instagram).
- In-depth understanding of **ad targeting, retargeting, audience segmentation**, and **bidding strategies**.
- Ability to create **compelling ad creatives** and adapt them to different platforms and audience segments.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong proficiency in **Facebook Ads Manager**, **Google Ads**, **Google Analytics**, **Google Tag Manager**, and other related tools.
- Understanding of **conversion tracking**, **pixel setup**, and **campaign measurement**.
- Experience with **A/B testing**, **multivariate testing**, and using data to optimize ads.
- **Analytical Skills**:

- Strong ability to analyze performance data and identify trends, optimizations, and insights.
- Experience with **data visualization tools** like **Google Data Studio** or **Power BI** is a plus.
