**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
- Answer inbound customer queries professionally and courteously.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into clients.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
- Provide product/service details and resolve customer queries.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team for meetings.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
- Prepare and share regular reports on calls, leads, and conversions with management.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate.
- Certification in sales or customer service is an added advantage.

**Experience**:

- 0-2 years of experience as a Telecaller, Customer Care Executive, or similar role.
- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication in [English/Tamil].
- Persuasive, confident, and positive speaking skills.
- Good listening skills with the ability to handle objections.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
- Patience, customer service orientation, and professional attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
