**Teaching and Curriculum Development**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver science lessons (biology, chemistry, physics, or general science) tailored to different grade levels.
- Develop lesson plans and instructional materials in alignment with curriculum standards.
- Incorporate hands-on experiments, demonstrations, and multimedia resources to enhance learning.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.

**Classroom Management**:

- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Establish and enforce classroom rules to maintain discipline and engagement.
- Manage lab safety protocols and ensure proper handling of materials and equipment.

**Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Design and administer tests, quizzes, and assignments to assess student progress.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students.
- Monitor and report on student performance, behavior, and attendance.

**Student Engagement**:

- Foster a love for science by encouraging curiosity and inquiry.
- Guide students in scientific research projects, fairs, and extracurricular activities.
- Offer support and resources for students needing additional assistance.

**Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on advancements in science and educational methodologies.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and conferences.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching practices and curriculum.

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain accurate records of student performance and activities.
- Communicate with parents/guardians about student progress and concerns.
- Support school initiatives and participate in staff meetings.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Science, or a related field.
- Teaching certification or licensure (as per regional requirements).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using technology and multimedia tools in the classroom.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
