**Purpose of the role**: Quantity estimation of RCC and finishing works, Checking Work bills of contractors, On-site measurements, and reconciliation of materials.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Verification of Contractors Bill for RCC & Finishing Work
- Preparation and Checking of Bar Bending Schedule
- Quantity Take off for RCC & Finishing items
- Reconciliation of Reinforcement, Concrete & Coupler
- Reconciliation of Finishing items
- Coordination with contractors

**Desired Skills & Traits**:

- AUTO CAD
- MS Office (Experience in Excel must)
- Sound computer knowledge Educational

**Qualifications**:

- B.Tech /B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering Prior work
experience
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in a related industry (specifically Real
Estate/Construction industry.)

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
- Quantity Survey: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
