Air Diving Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise all air diving operations in accordance with company and international safety standards (IMCA/ADC/ISSA/IDSA as applicable).
- Ensure the dive team’s readiness, competency, and certification before operations.
- Conduct daily safety briefings and risk assessments for dive operations.
- Monitor and manage the dive control station during operations.
- Maintain dive logs, checklists, and project documentation accurately.
- Liaise with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency situations, following established protocols.
- Inspect and verify the functionality of diving equipment before and after dives.
- Conduct toolbox talks and ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards.**Requirements**:

- Minimum 10 years of commercial diving experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with offshore oil & gas projects, NDT inspections, and underwater construction.
- Familiarity with IMCA and industry codes of practice.
- Multilingual capabilities (especially English and regional languages).
- Valid **Air Diving Supervisor certification** from a recognized body (e.g., IMCA/IDSA/ADC).
- Up-to-date **HSE, First Aid/CPR**, and **DMT** (preferred).
- Strong understanding of dive physics, decompression theory, and surface-supplied diving equipment.
- Ability to lead a team and maintain discipline and safety in challenging conditions.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Offshore survival (BOSIET/FOET) and medical fitness certificates required.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
