Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Outbound Calling:

- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers in both English and Hindi.
- Present products/services persuasively, emphasizing key benefits.

2. Lead Generation:

- Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive calling efforts.
- Gather and record accurate lead information for follow-up.

3. Product/Service Knowledge:

- Acquire in-depth knowledge of our products/services to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Communicate product features and benefits in both languages.

4. Relationship Building:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
- Address customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

5. Sales Targets:

- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets through successful telemarketing efforts.
- Document and report sales progress regularly.

6. Data Management:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the database.
- Record call details, including outcomes and follow-up actions.

7. Feedback and Improvement:

- Provide feedback to the sales team and management for continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and customer preferences.

Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or telemarketing training is a plus.

2. Proven experience in telemarketing with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

3. Fluent in both English and Hindi, with excellent verbal communication skills in both languages.

4. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

5. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

6. Familiarity with CRM software and telemarketing tools.

7. Results-oriented and self-motivated.
