Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- User-Centered Design: Conduct user research, create personas, and map user journeys

to understand user needs and pain points.
- Wire framing & Prototyping: Develop low and high-fidelity wireframes, interactive

prototypes, and UI mockups to visualize design concepts.
- Visual Design: Create stunning UI elements, design systems, and style guides that align

with brand identity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders

to implement and optimize designs.
- Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests, analyze feedback, and iterate designs

for better user engagement.
- Trends & Best Practices: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and

technologies to ensure designs remain cutting-edge.
- Design Consistency: Maintain design consistency across all platforms, including web and

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent

experience).
- Experience: Proven experience as a UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio of design

projects.
- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative

Suite.
- Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Familiarity with front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, time management, and teamwork abilities.
- User Research: Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Other: Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
