Cs Trainee

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and file various ROC forms accurately, following regulatory guidelines.
- Manage company takeover processes, including documentation and legal requisites.
- Handle forms like DPT-3, DIR -12, Din KYC, RUN,INC 24, MGT -14, AOA, MOA, and other relevant filings.
- Provide expert advice to clients on compliance, regulatory filings, and secretarial practices.
- Maintain professional communication with clients, addressing inquiries promptly.
- Immediate availability to contribute effectively to ongoing projects.

Qualifications:

- Experience in ROC filing or form preparation is a plus.
- Familiarity with regulatory forms like DPT- 3, DIR -12, Din KYC, INC- 4, MGT -14, AOA, MOA, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for precise compliance.
- Effective communication skills to advise clients and build rapport.
