Plumber Trainer

**Position: Plumber Trainer**

**ToT Certification is a must**

**Location : Anywhere in Jharkhand**

**Part time - Only on Sundays**

**Job Summary**:
To deliver quality training as per the QP/NOS prescribed by NSDC/SSC for the plumbing trade. The trainer is responsible for ensuring skill development, practical competence, and job readiness of trainees.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct classroom and practical sessions** on plumbing trade as per prescribed syllabus.
- **Prepare lesson plans, training aids, and materials** based on NSQF-compliant curriculum.
- **Assess trainees** periodically and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- **Ensure safety standards** during practical training.
- **Maintain training records**, attendance, assessment sheets, and portfolios.

- Ensure **discipline, punctuality, and active engagement** of trainees.
- Provide **career guidance and basic counselling** when needed.
- **Coordinate with the Centre Manager** for all training-related updates and compliance.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Educational Qualification**: ITI/Diploma in Plumbing or related field.
- **Experience**:Minimum 5 years of industry and/or training experience.**:

- **Certifications: ToT Certified by relevant SSC or willing to get certified.**:

- **Skills Required**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with NSQF and QP/NOS standards.
- Ability to handle trainees from diverse backgrounds.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
