- _Training Program Development: _
- _Develop and implement a robust training curriculum aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements. _
- _Create engaging training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online learning modules. _
- _Design and deliver customized training programs to meet the specific needs of different teams and individuals. _
- _Training Delivery: _
- _Conduct effective training sessions using a variety of delivery methods, such as instructor-led training, webinars, and e-learning. _
- _Facilitate interactive learning experiences, including group discussions, case studies, and role-playing exercises. _
- _Assess participant knowledge and skills through pre
- and post-training assessments. _
- _Stay up to date with the latest regulatory guidelines and industry best practices. _
- _Ensure that all training programs are compliant with relevant regulations, such as Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonisation (ICH) guidelines. _
- _Knowledge Transfer: _
- _Share knowledge and expertise with team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. _
- _Mentor and coach new employees to help them develop their skills and knowledge. _
- Qualifications and Skills: _
- _Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as life sciences, pharmacy, or public health. _
- _Extensive experience in clinical research, clinical data management, and regulatory affairs. _
- _Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs. _
- _Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, including ICH-GCP and FDA regulations. _
- _Excellent communication and presentation skills. _
- _Ability to adapt to different learning styles and tailor training content accordingly. _
- _Strong organizational and time management skills. _
