**Responsibilities**:

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat.
- Address customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments as needed.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

- **Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO environment (International or Domestic Process).
- Graduation degree in any discipline.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and chat support platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts if required.
