**Sales Trainer: New hire training**
**Reporting to**: Training Manager
**Department**: Builder Vertical
**Travel requirement**: PAN India
**Overview**:
Help to increase the overall performance of the sales teams by creating and deploying leading edge learning interventions
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct new hire training - Virtual & F2F
- Monitor and report the effectiveness of training program.
- Gather sales performance data to measure success of the training program; monitoring ROIs and developing training programs to improve effectiveness and retention.
- Partner with Sales stakeholder in understanding business challenges and create learning interventions that improve productivity
- Work on learning methodologies /ideas for retaining the learning in the training sessions
- Undertake projects to work with Bottom Quartile employees to enhance productivity
- Accompany and support business teams on-field to understand gaps and showcase best practices
- On the job coaching and feedback
- Perform other related duties as assigned
**Required Skills/Abilities**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively with multiple levels and cross-functions in the organization
- 3 + years experience working in B2C sales role
- Atleast 1 year experience as a Sales Trainer
- Solid knowledge of Sales management and B2C sales pipeline management
- Ability to moderate large groups virtually and F2F
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related tool
- Sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on company’s success
**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Sales Trainer: 1 year (preferred)
- Real estate: 1 year (preferred)
