Job Title: Project In-Charge
Reports to: Project Manager/ Senior Management
Location: Alibaug
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project In-Charge to oversee construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and budget adherence.

key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning:

- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (architects, engineers, contractors).

2. Site Management:

- Supervise site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and progress.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor compliance with regulations.

3. Team Management:

- Lead and motivate project team members (engineers, supervisors, labor).
- Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback.

4. Cost Management:

- Manage project expenses, ensure budget adherence, and optimize costs.
- Approve payments, verify invoices, and track expenses.

5. Quality Control:

- Ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and regulations.
- Conduct quality inspections and address defects.

6. Client Relationship:

- Coordinate with clients, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
- Provide project updates and progress reports.

7. Risk Management:

- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Develop contingency plans and implement corrective actions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field. BE
- 8+ years of experience in construction project management.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills..
- Knowledge of local regulations, codes, and standards.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Morning shift
