Tipper Operator

**Job Summary**:
Minsol Limited is looking for a skilled and reliable Tipper Operator with a minimum of 4 years of experience in mining, construction, or infrastructure projects. The operator will be responsible for safely transporting materials such as overburden, soil, and aggregates within the site premises.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate heavy-duty tipper trucks safely and efficiently on mining and project sites.
- Perform daily pre-start vehicle checks for brakes, hydraulic systems, tyres, lights, and other critical components.
- Load, transport, and dump materials like soil, stone, overburden, and debris at designated locations.
- Follow site traffic rules and signals from ground staff and supervisors during operations.
- Ensure safe and proper tipping at assigned dump yards and maintain correct vehicle positioning.
- Maintain operational records including trip logs, fuel usage, and maintenance reports.
- Adhere to company safety protocols, PPE requirements, and site operational guidelines.
- Report any mechanical, operational, or safety issues immediately to the site supervisor or maintenance team.
- Keep the vehicle clean and in operational condition at all times.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 4 years of experience operating tippers in mining, construction, or related project environments.
- Valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) Driving License.
- Good understanding of on-site safety standards and vehicle operation protocols.
- Physically fit and able to work in demanding site conditions for extended hours.
- Basic knowledge of routine vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
