Salesforce Trainee

**About the Role**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as **Salesforce Trainees**. This is a great opportunity to start your career in cloud-based CRM solutions with hands-on experience in one of the world’s leading CRM platforms — Salesforce. You will work closely with our experienced Salesforce team to learn, support, and contribute to various Salesforce-related projects and business processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Learn and understand the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
- Assist in customizing and configuring Salesforce based on business requirements
- Support the team in user setup, permissions, and data management tasks
- Help create reports and dashboards for business users
- Test and validate new Salesforce features and functionalities
- Document learnings, processes, and solutions

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems or interest in cloud technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to learn and pursue Salesforce certification(s)
- Familiarity with programming basics (Apex/Java/SQL) is a plus

**Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)**:

- Completed or enrolled in Salesforce Trailhead modules
- Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning platform
- Exposure to data migration or Salesforce integrations

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
