**Job Summary**:
**Key Roles & Responsibilities: Student Counseling & Guidance**:

- Assist students in choosing the right academic programs based on their interests, skills, and career aspirations.
- Advise students on scholarship opportunities, financial aid, and education loan options.
- Address students’ academic concerns, such as course difficulty, study habits, and time management.
- Offer career counseling to help students understand job market trends and industry requirements.

**Academic Support & Mentoring**:

- Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions to guide students on academic planning.
- Monitor students' academic progress and provide necessary support to improve their performance.
- Identify learning difficulties and recommend suitable academic strategies or resources.
- Collaborate with faculty members to enhance students’ learning experiences.

**Parental Engagement & Institutional Collaboration**:

- Communicate with parents/guardians to discuss students’ progress and challenges.
- Organize workshops, webinars, and seminars for students, parents, and educators on academic planning and career development.
- Partner with educational institutions, universities, and training centers for better academic opportunities.

**Administrative & Record-Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions, student progress, and academic plans.
- Prepare reports on student performance, counseling activities, and success stories.
- Stay updated with educational policies, new academic programs, and industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Career Counseling, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in academic counseling, career advising, or student support services.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to motivate and mentor students for academic success.
- Proficiency in using student management software and digital counseling tools.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in Career Counseling or Academic Advising.
- Experience working in schools, colleges, or education consultancies.

**Application Process**:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
