**Responsibilities**:

- To be always on the counter during the prime hours of business.
- To greet and attain the customers with smiling face in very polite and sophisticated manner
- As a Executive Sales should act as best person like a family member for the customer.
- To ensure that all customer queries are closed with the prescribed time and convert the query/inquiry in to effective sales.
- Ensure to place the counter requirements at every given point of time.
- On closing the sale, ensure to tally the stock and replace the sold stock promptly for other prospective customer.
- Ensure to keep the counter neat and clean every time during the prime hours for business.
- To provide required training to the juniors and seek advice from seniors.
- Ensure close coordination between junior, senior in and other departments.
- To meet daily and annual sales targets.
- Identify and make contact with potential customers.
- Respond to sales requirements from existing and potential customers.
- Maintain contact with existing and potential customers to promote sales and deliver detailed account plans;
- Maintains accurate and organized documentation of all clients and prospects.
- Any other activities/duties assigned by the management

**The incumbent should possess**:

- Pleasant personality
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Effective convincing power
- Very sharp to grab the customer’s need and convert opportunity for effective sale
- Ability to understand the customer and his/her body language
- Ability to Plan and Prioritize
- Customer Centric approach
- Domain knowledge in Sales (Must have handled a Sales counter with average 2 customers at counter)
