**Job Summary**:
The Interior Design Site Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of interior design projects, ensuring that all work is completed on time and to the highest quality standards. This role involves coordinating with designers, contractors, and suppliers, managing on-site staff, and resolving any issues that may arise during the construction or renovation process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Oversight**: Supervise and manage all aspects of the interior design projects on-site, including construction, renovation, and installation activities.
- **Team Coordination**: Collaborate with interior designers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to design specifications.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, assess quality, and ensure compliance with design plans and safety regulations.
- **Schedule Management**: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and any delays are addressed promptly.
- **Budget Management**: Assist in managing project budgets by tracking expenses, approving invoices, and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site, including design discrepancies, contractor disputes, or unforeseen challenges.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and detailed records of site activities, including progress reports, change orders, and inspections.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure that all site activities adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in interior design site supervision or a similar role, with a strong understanding of interior design principles and construction processes.
- **Skills**:

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret design plans and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Interior Designer (CID)) are a plus.

**Work Environment**:

- This role requires regular on-site presence at project locations.
- May involve occasional travel to different project sites.
- Requires the ability to work in varying environmental conditions and physical demands.
